Salon policies

A few details to help your visit go smoothly.

Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule. Please call if you are running behind.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your service, contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment appointment.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Gratuity is always appreciated but never included.
